Lorissa is a Pilates teacher and Osteopathic Manual Therapist based in Calgary, AB. She received her Classical Pilates certifications from the Dianne Miller Pilates Center of Vancouver and Embody Pilates in Canmore. With Classical Pilates as the foundation, she draws on her knowledge and experience of many modalities to create tailored programs for her clients.

Lorissa’s interest in how the human body moves led her to beginning her Osteopathic school studies in 2021. In April 2025 she completed her studies and is excited to be adding Osteopathic Manual Therapy to her offerings.
