Lorissa is a Pilates teacher and Osteopathic Manual Therapist based in Calgary, AB. She received her Classical Pilates certifications from the Dianne Miller Pilates Center of Vancouver and Embody Pilates in Canmore. Her interest in how the human body moves led her to begin her Osteopathic studies in 2021. In April 2025 she graduated Honours with Distinction and is excited to be adding Osteopathic Manual Therapy to her offerings.
As a movement teacher, she draws on her knowledge and experience of many modalities to create customized client programs. She takes this same approach as an Osteopathic Manual Therapist – treatment plans are designed to address individual concerns and increase the body’s ability to self-heal and self-regulate.
